A new year and hopefully a serious improvement in life.
I am feeling genuinely good about 2008 and so far I have stayed relatively happy and stress free. I am determined this year to learn to play the electric guitar properly and to keep up with regular visits to the gym - I will lose weight ready for the summer time and trips to the beach!
